A foreign officer or auditor of a corporation
shall submit a document which is issued by an authorized agency
of the country proving that he or she is qualified under Paragraph
3 of Article 28 and Article 29 of the concerned act or a document
which is issued by the Korean Counsil overseas and duly notarized
by the legal notary office. |
