As the most important decision-making organization, KENCA has a general assembly which consists of members of the Councils and delegates elected from the Board of Directors. Eleven committees under the Board of Directors are responsible for reviewing major policies, including specialized review of rules, regulations, systems, public relations and other promotional aspects regarding the engineering industry. Also KENCA operates six autonomous Technical Councils such as industrial facilities and civil construction which determine common themes and exchange information. The Secretariat assists the operation of these committees and administers KENCA'S affairs.
