Main Educational Training
FIDIC Education
- An educational program for FIDIC with contract conditions that are widely used in the global market, such as MDB
- Various and flexible long-term (160 hrs.) and short-term training programs, through the educational agreement with FIDIC
QS Training
- Training program for overseas construction contract components based on the understanding of the British contract law and system
- Various flexible long-term (150 hrs.) and short-term training programs, through the educational agreement with RICS
Project Management Training
- Project feasibility study, filling out WBS, and MS Project based scheduling through project life-cycle and PM process. Understanding and developing practical application ability of management of achievement, budget formulation practice, risk management and procurement management
- Team simulation practice from the feasibility study to the end of a project using global project management standards and advanced techniques of USA or Europe
3D Modeler (BIM) Training
- Practical capability reinforcement of well-known BIM software in each field, such as CIVIL 3D, Map3D, Infraworks, Revit Architecture, and Revit MEP
Water and Sewage Training
- Practical training course including theory and state-of-the-art technology by subdividing business fulfillment procedure and technological business required for design, supervision and construction among water businesses in developing countries
- Training course regarding water and sewage business plans and progress plans in South East Asia, Central Asia, Middle and South America and Africa, related law and design criteria according to countries and regions
Forest Industry Business Practical Training
- Practical training course including theory, practice and state-of-the-art technology by subdividing business fulfillment procedure and technological business required for design, supervision in all the forest business areas
